Replying to Reichel's communication of 2 May, saying that, despite Nägeli's having continuously paginated his writing, Reichel has put the Nachträge after the individual Vorlesungen, criticizing Reichel's explanation for doing so, saying that as a result Nägeli seems to be a poor stylist and, what is worse, that it confuses the reader, explaining that each Vorlesung is carefully conceived and that the Nachträge contain only special reflections and notes, complaining that there are so many errors he can correct only one gathering a day, etc., etc.
